About the help center
Q01Where do I start after signing up?
Start with “Create your getbarberpos account”, then follow the articles in order: business settings, your shop, chairs and barbers, services, products. Each one ends with a link to the next.
Q02How long does the whole setup take?
Following every guide here takes about 235 minutes in total. Most shops do the first five in one sitting and the rest during a slow afternoon.
Q03Can someone set it up with me?
Yes. Book a demo and we walk through your setup on a call, including the first client and product import.
Q04Is help available in Arabic, Urdu or Spanish?
The software runs in those languages. Guides are in English for now; ask on WhatsApp or the contact form and we answer in your language where we can.
Q05What if a menu name on screen differs from the guide?
Menu names can differ slightly if you have changed the interface language or custom translations. Search the guide title or ask us and we will point you to the right screen.
Q06How do I report a bug?
Use the contact form with the topic “Support” and include the page you were on and what you clicked. Screenshots help.
Q07Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in the browser. You only install printer drivers if you connect a receipt printer.
