This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and browser storage used on getbarberpos.com, the website for getbarberpos, operated by SOHOON Technologies. It lists every item by name, what it does and how long it lasts, so you can decide what you are comfortable with.
This page covers the marketing website only. The hosted POS app (where shops log in) uses its own session cookies to keep you signed in and secure. Those are strictly necessary for the app to work.

The short version
- Most of what we store is in your browser’s local storage, not cookies, and it never leaves your device. It remembers things like dark mode and your country.
- We use one third-party service on forms, Cloudflare Turnstile, to stop spam bots. It is strictly necessary for forms to work.
- We keep campaign tags (UTMs) so we know which ad or link brought you here. They are only sent to us if you submit a form.
- Analytics is not running yet. If we add it, it will only load after you accept analytics in the cookie banner.
- You can change your choice any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
What cookies and local storage are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. It is sent back to the site (or a third party) with later requests.
Local storage and session storage are similar places in your browser where a site can keep small bits of data. Unlike cookies, they are not sent to a server automatically. Our site reads them with JavaScript on your own device. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab; local storage stays until you clear it.
Privacy laws treat both the same way, so we list both here.
Strictly necessary and preference storage
These items make the site work the way you set it. They do not track you across other sites, and they are not sent to us.

We set gbp-consent even if you decline analytics. Without it, we could not remember that you said no.

The tags only describe the link you clicked. They do not include your name or contact details. They are only sent to us if you submit a form or follow a link to sign up or log in. They are then saved with your enquiry in our CRM, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile (forms)
Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, and our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is submitting them. Turnstile is loaded on pages with forms.

Turnstile is strictly necessary. Without it, bots would flood our forms and real messages would get lost. It is used for security only, not advertising. Because it is strictly necessary, it does not wait for consent. If you block it, our forms may not submit; you can still reach us by email at .
Cloudflare may also set short-lived security cookies across the site (for example, to manage traffic or block attacks). These are strictly necessary for the same reason.
Analytics cookies (only if you accept)
Analytics is not active on getbarberpos.com yet. We are telling you now so there are no surprises later.
If we turn on Google Analytics, these cookies would be set, and only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner:

The analytics script would be gated by your choice in gbp-consent. If you decline, or never answer, the script does not load and no analytics cookies are set. We would use analytics to understand which pages are useful, not to show you ads.
What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No social media tracking pixels.
- No selling or sharing of cookie data with advertisers.
If that ever changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
How to change your consent
You can change your mind at any time:
- Scroll to the bottom of any page.
- Click “Cookie settings” in the footer.
- Turn analytics on or off and save.
Your new choice is saved in gbp-consent and applies from the next page you load. If you turn analytics off after accepting it, we stop loading the analytics script. To remove analytics cookies that were already set, clear cookies for getbarberpos.com in your browser.
Clearing storage in your browser
You can delete cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings. In most browsers this is under Settings, then Privacy, then “Cookies and site data.” Clearing site data for getbarberpos.com removes everything listed above. Your theme, country and accessibility settings will reset, and the cookie banner will appear again.
You can also block cookies entirely. The site will still mostly work, but forms may fail if the Turnstile check is blocked.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not sell or share personal data for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of in that sense. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to keep analytics off.
Changes to this policy
When we add, remove or change any cookie or storage item, we update the tables on this page and the date at the top.
