Backups
The database is backed up daily, with copies kept off the main server, so a hardware failure doesn’t lose your book.
Who sees what
Roles and permissions decide what each barber or manager sees. A booth renter can see their own appointments and payouts without seeing the shop’s totals.
Card data
We never store card numbers. Card payments are handled by your processor’s reader and systems; we only record the amount, tip and method.
Your data is yours
Export clients, products and sales any time. If you leave, you can download everything; we delete it on request after the export window.
Logins
Every user has their own login. Remove a barber who leaves and their access ends at once.

Security questions
Q01Is my barbershop data secure?
Data travels over HTTPS, sits on servers we manage, is backed up daily and is only visible to users you give access to. We describe what we do in plain words rather than claim certifications we don’t hold.
Q02Are you PCI certified?
We don’t claim any certification. We never store card numbers — card payments run through your processor, which handles card security under its own compliance programme.
Q03Who owns the client list?
You do. Export it any time as a file. We don’t sell or share your clients’ data.
Q04What happens if a barber leaves with a login?
Deactivate their user and access ends immediately. Their past sales stay in your reports.
Q05How often are backups taken?
Daily, with copies stored away from the main server.
Q06Do you see my data?
Only when you ask for support and only what’s needed to fix the issue.
Q07How do I report a security problem?
Email the support address on this page with details. We reply within one business day.
Q08Where can I read the privacy policy?
At /legal/privacy, including how we handle visitor data, merchant data and your clients’ data.
