#3 Appointments · the book, minus the phone tag
Barber appointment booking software with a page for every chair
getbarberpos is barber appointment booking software that gives each barber their own booking page. Clients pick the barber, the service and a time that actually fits, because the book knows how long a skin fade takes. Add buffers, take deposits through your processor, and send reminders.
Included on every plan from $15AED 59Rs 1,999 a month · no per-barber fees
Why is the book still full of holes and double bookings?
If clients book by text or Instagram DM, the barber stops cutting to answer, and half the messages are 'what time you got Saturday?' The ones answered late book somewhere else. The ones written down wrong turn into two people showing up for the same 3:00.
Generic booking apps treat every slot as 30 minutes. A lineup is 15, a fade with a beard is 45, a kid's cut is 20. When the book doesn't know that, the barber runs late all afternoon and the walk-ins stop believing the wait time.
And no-shows hurt. A Saturday slot that sits empty is money gone. Reminders and a deposit for the long services are the two things that fix that, and most shops have neither set up.
What you see on screen
Appointments, up close.
- 01
Day view by barber
One column per barber for today, with booked services, walk-ins pulled from the queue, and gaps you can still fill.
- 02
Service durations you set
Each service carries its own time per barber, so a faster barber's fade can be 30 minutes while a newer barber's is 45.
- 03
Deposit status
Booked clients show whether a deposit was paid, so the front desk knows what's left to collect.
- 04
Reminder log
See which reminders went out and when, so 'nobody told me' has an answer.
- 05
No-show marker
Mark a no-show in one tap. It shows on the client card, so you can ask for a deposit next time.

How does a client go from the booking page to the chair?
Every barber gets a booking link for their Instagram bio, Google profile or website. The shop has one page too, where clients pick from everyone.
Only slots that fit the full service length show up. A 45-minute fade won't be offered at 5:45 if the barber leaves at 6.
Add a few minutes after certain services for clean-up, or block lunch and prayer breaks so they never get booked over.
For long or high-value services, ask for a deposit at booking, collected through your own card processor. It's applied to the final bill.
Clients get a reminder by SMS, WhatsApp or email before the visit, sent through the messaging provider you connect.
At checkout, book the next visit in the same screen. Regulars on a two-week fade leave with a time already set.

Appointments: questions owners ask
Q01Does every barber get their own booking link?
Yes. Each barber has a personal booking page, and the shop has a combined page where clients choose a barber. Share them in your Instagram bio, Google profile or website.
Q02Can different barbers have different times for the same service?
Yes. Service durations can be set per barber. A barber who does a clean fade in 30 minutes doesn't have to be booked in 45-minute blocks.
Q03How do deposits work on barber bookings?
You choose which services need a deposit and how much. The client pays it when booking through your card processor, and it comes off the bill at checkout.
Q04Can I block out breaks so they never get booked?
Yes. Add recurring blocks for lunch, prayer times or school pickup, and set buffers after certain services. Those times never show on the booking page.
Q05Do appointments and walk-ins share the same calendar?
Yes. Appointments show in each barber's lane on the walk-in queue board, so walk-ins are only offered time that's actually free.
Q06What reminder channels can I use?
SMS, WhatsApp and email, sent through the messaging provider you connect. You choose how far ahead reminders go out.
Q07Can clients cancel or reschedule on their own?
Yes, up to a cutoff you set, like 12 hours before. Inside that window they have to contact the shop, so late cancels don't slip through quietly.
Q08Can I move my appointments over from Booksy or SQUIRE?
Export your client list and future appointments to CSV from the old app and import them into getbarberpos. There's no live sync with those apps; see our switching guide for the steps.
