#6 Multi-location · two shops, one login

Multi-location barbershop software for owners with more than one door

getbarberpos is multi-location barbershop software for owners running two or more shops. Each location keeps its own prices, tax rates and even currency, stock moves between shops with a transfer, barbers can work at both, and reports roll everything up or break it down by shop. Multi-Shop includes 3 locations.

Why does the second shop double the paperwork?

Opening a second shop usually means a second account on everything: another booking app, another POS, another login for staff. At month end you add up two sets of numbers by hand and still can't compare them properly.

Prices and tax don't always match between shops. The downtown shop charges more than the neighborhood one. One city has a different tax rate. If you own shops in two countries, it's a different currency too.

Stock and people move between shops. Pomade runs out at one and sits on the shelf at the other. A barber covers Saturdays at the new location. Without one system, those moves happen on WhatsApp and never get recorded.

How do you run several shops from one account?

  1. Create each shop with its own name, address, opening hours, receipt layout and booking page.

  2. Use one price list everywhere, or set different prices and tax rates per location. Each shop can use its own currency.

  3. Give each barber access to one shop or several. Their bookings, sales, tips and commission are tracked per location.

  4. Move products from one shop to another with a stock transfer. Stock drops at one and rises at the other, with a record of who moved what.

  5. See all shops together, or pick one, for sales, retail, tips, rent and busy hours.

FAQ · 8 questions

Multi-location: questions owners ask

Q01How many locations does Multi-Shop include?

Multi-Shop includes 3 locations. Extra locations are added for a monthly fee; the pricing page shows the current rate for your country.

Q02Can each shop have different prices?

Yes. Use one price list for all shops, or set prices per location. A cut can cost more downtown than at your neighborhood shop.

Q03Can my shops use different currencies?

Yes. Each location can have its own currency, which helps owners with shops in more than one country. Reports show each currency separately.

Q04Can a barber work at two locations?

Yes. Assign a barber to more than one shop. Their bookings, sales, tips and commission are tracked by location, and the payout report can combine them.

Q05How do I move stock from one shop to the other?

Create a stock transfer: pick the products, the quantity, and the two shops. Stock updates at both ends and the transfer is saved with who made it.

Q06Do clients have one card across all my shops?

Yes. A client card is shared across locations, so history, cut notes and reward points follow the client to any shop.

Q07Can a manager see only their own shop?

Yes. Staff roles and permissions can limit a manager to one location's sales, staff and stock, while the owner sees everything.

Q08Does each location get its own booking page and online store?

Each location gets its own booking page. Your online store can show stock from the location you choose to ship or collect from.
