Online store questions
Q01Is the online store really automatic?
Yes. Your store is generated from the products in your POS catalogue. Add, edit or delete a product and the store follows. There is no second catalogue to keep in sync.
Q02Does it cost extra?
No. The auto-generated store comes with every plan, from $15 a month. Only the managed custom website is an extra.
Q03How do customers pay online?
Online payments run through your card processor’s checkout where it is connected. Many shops start with “order online, pay at pickup”, which needs no setup at all.
Q04Can I sell services online, like gift cards?
Gift cards and packages can be sold as products. Appointments are booked through the booking page, which links from the store.
Q05Can I hide a product from the store?
Yes. Mark any product as not for online sale — for example back-bar stock you use on clients — and it stays off the store.
Q06Does stock update both ways?
Yes. A sale at the chair lowers online stock, and an online order lowers shop stock, because both use the same inventory.
Q07Do you ship products for me?
No. We do not hold stock or ship. You choose pickup only, or local delivery handled by you.
Q08Can I use my own domain for the store?
The managed website option puts your store under your own domain with a full custom site. The included store runs on a shop link we host.
