Q01How long does it take to set up a barbershop POS?
About 25 minutes for a five-barber shop typing in services and a small shelf by hand, on our own estimate. Big catalogues and client imports take longer.
Q02Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on any tablet, laptop or phone. Printers need their usual driver on the computer they plug into.
Q03When does my online store go live?
As soon as you save products. The store is generated from your catalogue, so there is no separate launch step.
Q04Can I set it up after closing and open with it tomorrow?
Yes. Most shops do exactly that. Start with services and barbers; add retail and booth rent over the first week.
Q05What happens when the trial ends?
Pick a plan and add a payment method to keep going. If you do nothing, the account pauses and your data is kept for 30 days so you can export it.
Q06Can you set it up for me?
