Do you actually know which chair made you money last month?

Most owners know if a week felt busy. Fewer know which barber brought in the most, whether retail is growing, or if Tuesday afternoons are worth opening for. Without numbers, staffing and stock decisions are gut calls.

Card processor statements show card money only. Cash, app payments, tips and rent are somewhere else. Pulling them together at month end takes a full evening, and by then it's too late to fix anything.

Your accountant wants clean totals too. Sales by tax rate, tips, refunds. Handing them a shoebox of slips costs you in fees.

How do you get from today's tickets to a useful report?

  1. Close the register session. The end-of-day report shows sales, payment methods, tips, refunds, expected and counted cash.

  2. The per-barber report lists services, products, tips and commission for each barber, plus average ticket.

  3. See how much came from cuts and how much from the shelf, and which products sold.

  4. Rent collected against rent due, and tips paid out against tips owed, for any period.

  5. Sales and visits by hour and day of the week, so you can plan who works when.

  6. Export any report to CSV, or print it, for your bookkeeper.

Reports: questions owners ask

Q01What's in the end-of-day report?

Sales by payment method, tips, refunds, discounts, opening float, expected cash and counted cash. It's built from the register session you close at night.

Q02Can I see sales for each barber?

Yes. The per-barber report shows clients served, service sales, product sales, average ticket, tips and commission for any date range.

Q03Can I see my busiest hours?

Yes. A heatmap shows visits and sales by hour and day of the week, so you can schedule more barbers when it's packed and fewer when it's quiet.

Q04Does the report show rent collected from booth renters?

Yes. The rent report shows rent due, collected, partial and late by renter and period, alongside your other income.

Q05Can I export reports for my accountant?

Yes. Every report exports to CSV and can be printed. Most bookkeepers take the CSV straight into their own software.

Q06Can barbers see reports?

Only what you allow. Staff permissions let barbers see their own sales, tips and commission without seeing the shop's totals.

Q07Do reports include online store sales?

Yes. Orders from your online store show in sales reports, so retail totals include what sold online.

Q08Can I compare this month with last month?

Pick any two date ranges and compare totals, services, retail and per-barber figures side by side.
